Payment Information

All students are required to complete online check-in each semester, usually held a little over a week prior to classes starting.  Financial Aid must be finalized prior to online check-in, and any remaining balance may be paid in full or in monthly installments, with the first payment due during online check-in for the semester.

Payment Plan Options

  1. Pay balance for the semester in full during online check-in.
  2. Pay in monthly installments. Accounts not paid in full by the first day of class each semester will automatically be placed on a monthly payment plan. The first payment is due during online check-in, and subsequent payments are due the 15th of each following month.

Residential students can pay in 5 monthly installments each semester, with a $35 payment plan fee charged each semester that this option is used.

On-line students can pay their remaining tuition balance in 2 monthly payments per term (4 monthly payments per semester), with a $20 payment plan fee charged per term.

Late monthly payments will be charged a $20 late fee for every month a payment is late.

Payment for Winter or May mini-terms are due upon enrollment for those terms. No monthly payment plans are available.

Settlement of Accounts

Payment in full of all charges must be made before a student may enroll for an ensuing term or obtain an official transcript or diploma.
