If you do not have a team yet, the "join" form will help us put you in contact with a team. If you have assembled your own team, submit the "register a team" form.

Register a Team: To register your team for Tiger Serve Day, fill out the form below in its entirety. Please register by Friday, Sept. 18, 2026!
