Rigsby has served as the Instructional Design and Technology Specialist since 2015 with the inception of Ouachita Online, serving previously as the Software Specialist in the IT Services department from 1998-2015. She also serves as the LMS administrator for the campus. Prior to coming to Ouachita, she worked as a secondary public-school teacher, adjunct instructor and corporate software trainer in Microsoft Office.
