Students with credits on their student accounts may request a refund check at any time during the semester. Refund checks are issued in the student’s name and will begin being released the first week of classes. Students may complete a “Check Request” through the INFO portal, in Student Financial Services, Cone Bottoms Suite 130 or submit a request from their OBU email account to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund checks are printed on Tuesday and Friday each week; any checks requested by 3 p.m. the day before will be available for pick up in the Student Financial Services office after 10 a.m. I.D. cards will be required for check pickup.
Online and NLC students must make a credit refund request directly from the OBU email account or info portal. Student must identify location for check to be mailed.
