One thing that sets OBU apart is the relationship between faculty
and students. I remember being a freshman and feeling so overwhelmed
by all of these changes. But, my professors were great at relaxing
me and the rest of my class. They did things like praying in class,
attending campus events and even inviting us into their homes for
dinner and a study session.
As I became more involved in school, I began to work closely with
professors through work study or class projects. Professors here
really trust and respect their students, which makes it so easy
to respect them back. I love how my professors seek me out to say
hello and that they always want to know about me.
The relationships I’ve formed with faculty have encouraged
my growth intellectually and spiritually. I can’t imagine
my college experience without thinking about my professors
