This course explores how males and females communicate and respond to communication differently.  Who interrupts more during a conversation?  Who is more interested in using communication to form a personal bond?  Who gossips more?  Who gives more unsolicited advice?  Who apologizes more?  Gender Communication explores these and many other such questions.

The primary textbook for the class is Deborah Tannen's You Just Don't Understand:  Women and Men in Conversation.
