Small Group Communication examines the benefits and detriments of problem-solving in groups and then looks at the dynamics that generally lead to group success or failure. 

We discuss specific concepts such as:  groupthink, group roles and role development, leadership, phases of group development, and decision-making. 

Throughout the semester we also learn about leading meetings, leading a group discussion, making group presentations, and facilitating team building activities.
