The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a very good book.  Stephen Covey is an excellent writer, and his writing style keeps it from becoming grueling reading at any point.  He tells very memorable stories that illustrate what he is trying to talk about very well.  Overall, this book is well worth the five or six hours of reading it takes to get through.  I found that the best way to handle it is to take some notes as you are going through it because it is an awful lot of material to take in at one time.  But, simply putting into practice the seven habits he talks about cannot do anything other than enhance the servant-leadership skills of any individual.
