Ken Melrose is CEO of Toro Motor Company. In this book he gives a first-hand
glimpse of how he's implemented the idea of servant-leadership in a "real-world"
organization. He's very open and honest about the struggles of trying to be a
servant-leader in a competitive, fast-paced industry. The book is repetitive in
places, but still worthwhile overall. It would be especially good for someone
working in a for-profit organization.

Making the Grass Greener on Your Side by Ken Melrose is a
must-read book, especially for business majors. Melrose, the CEO of TORO
Corporation, applied the principles from Robert Greenleaf's book, Servant
Leadership, to his company and drastically changed the corporate culture at
TORO. The book is easy to read and understand, and one I think y ou will
definitely enjoy!
