Greenleaf's book is what got the modern servant-leadership movement
started. It is actually a short essay that is usually included in volumes which
include the work of other leadership writers. Although it is relatively short, it's
very dense and most people find it hard to follow. However, if you turn off the TV
and really focus your attention you can get what he's saying.
