There is actually a book and a workbook by the same title and author.
The workbook would be nice for leading a group of high school or college students
through the concept of servant-leadership. The book is more of a
"sit-down" kind of book that covers most of the same material, but in a
different way. Wilkes is a preacher, so it's something you could feel comfortable
using in a church setting. However, it's I found it to be almost too packed with
scriptural references. Some of the references don't seem to help make his
point all that well. Also, I get the drift that Wilkes seems to feel that Christians are the only ones
who could really pull off servant-leadership.
