Stone Apartments are located just a few blocks east of campus at 1st and Caddo. The apartments will be brand new for August of 2012, providing each resident never-before used carpet and appliances and sparkling clean kitchens and baths! Many apartments will have porches and beautiful riverfront views that no other campus apartment can offer. The complex contains 64 apartments–more than enough units for you and your friends to live near each other. The apartments at Stone are also larger than any other campus apartment with ample space in the living room and bedrooms.

Furnishings and Utilities
Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer. Wireless internet is included in the cost of rent. Water, electricity, and cable are paid by the student directly to the utility companies.
