OBU Apartments

OBU Apartments are located 2 blocks west of campus at 800 McNutt and 415 North Eighth Street.  There are 16 apartments in the complex and each includes a stove and a refrigerator.  The complex has a laundry facility on site with washers and dryers that are operated by a student's ID card..

1 Bedroom-$360 plus electricity, water, gas, phone, and cable.

2 Bedroom-$405 plus electricity, water, gas, phone, and cable.
