Ouachita Memories:
-Martin L, On Hawaii when his Australian opponent screamed "your serve is so slow that I could have a cup of tea or a cup of coffee".
- I will also remember Martin and a pair of braces at 3rd street (enough said)
-When a Swede from University of Little Rock lost his match against Tim indoors at OBU and screamed "hur kan jag förlora mot en jävla bonde" (how can I loose against a F.. farmer?).
- I also remember Tim digging a hole on the beach on our trip to Alabama.
- I had a very good time staying with crazy Larry Hurta my first year at OBU, eating peanut butter and jelly 02:00 every night. I also remember Larry trying to pronounce the word "guldgrävare" (gold digger) 100 times every day without getting it right.
- Moose, What can I say? A phenomenal team-player and practice partner and of course a very talanted story teller (but, one should probably take 50-80% off to get closer to the truth).
-Robban Ungh, probably the hardest working tennis player ever at OBU. We played some phenomenal #3 doubles together (not), but somehow I still don't know how we managed to beat the number one team in the nation at one time. Robert is of course famous for inventing the "chicken dance" which I still get to see on the court in Stockholm. I will also always remeber one time in the dorm when he was making snow angels against the wall???
-Pat, the smoothest player ever on a tennis court, always played phenomenal tennis indoors, and he probably likes playing in windy conditions as much as he likes cats.
-Johan Ohlsson, a very good team-player and a fun guy to hang out with. I remember one time in a parking lot in Hot Springs where I had to lend him a t-shirt (he said he was feeling cold).
-Marc Heflin, I had a very good time playing doubles with him (I don't think I ever had to hit one overhead). Coach alway reminded me how important one certain match against Harding was for the future of OBU's tennis.
-Stefano Bee, when he was coming off the court with an easy win against Henderson and told me, "Crille, I forgot to charge him for the lesson"
-Sven, when he took the word sunburn to a totally new level on Hawaii where he couldn't even play his last two matches.
-I want to thank you all for making my 4 years at OBU a very special time.
