International students must be self-supporting. Scholarships are available depending upon the application/award criteria. International students should check with their home governments to see if assistance is available for study abroad.

Cost of Attendance 2012-2013 can be viewed to see an estimated budget for cost of attendance to OBU as shown on the I-20.

If the bank statement is not your personal bank statement, the Affidavit of Support form will need to be supplied from the person owning the bank account indicating that that person will be sponsoring you. See example Bank Statement.
11. TOEFL Score Report (Original report)
12. ACT or SAT results (Official results)
13. Official Transcripts (from all secondary schools / last 4 years of High School)
14. ECE results
Send an official transcript (HS and/or college) to www.ece.org for a Comprehensive Course by Course evaluation. The report should be sent to the International Education Office at Ouachita Baptist University. These scores along with your SAT/ACT results will be used for awarding merit-based (academic) scholarships.
15. Transfer Form (If applicable)
Students who have earned college/university credit outside of the U.S. and who want to transfer credit hours to OBU, must complete an Application for Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials. An application must be completed and submitted with the required documents and fee for a “course-by-course” report to Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. No credit will be reviewed for possible transfer acceptance until a report is received.
