Parking
When you arrive on campus, follow Ouachita Street to Campus Drive and turn left. (See campus map) Parking will be reserved for delegates beside Hickingbotham Hall, beside Lile Hall, and in a parking lot directly across Campus Drive.
Breakfast
Those who made reservations for breakfast on March 29 will be greeted by student hosts in the Alumni Room of the Ouachita Commons any time between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. The meal is complimentary. No program is planned.
Registration
Please sign in at the Delegate Registration Desk in the lobby of Hickingbotham Hall any time after 7:00 a.m. Light refreshments will be available until about 9:30. Delegates are requested to arrive no later than 9:15 to allow time to robe and line up for the processional.
Academic Regalia
All delegates are expected to wear academic regalia for the Inaugural Convocation. If you ordered regalia through the Ouachita Bookstore, please arrive early enough to pick up the regalia in the bookstore, which is located on the ground floor of Evans Student Center. If you wish to pick up ordered regalia prior to March 29, the bookstore is open from 8:00-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Reception
All delegates and their guests are invited to the Inaugural Reception immediately following the Inaugural Convocation. The outdoor reception will be held in the International Flag Plaza and Grant Plaza areas.
