2013-2014 Transfer Scholarships

(Please note: All transfer scholarships are awarded for up to 8 semesters in college, both semesters that students were enrolled at other colleges and semesters enrolled at Ouachita. All programs listed below are for the 2013-2014 award year.)

Trustee Scholarship – Arkansas Governor’s Distinguished Scholar

• Tuition, Fees, Room and Board (includes funds from the state)
• Must be an Arkansas Governor’s Distinguished Scholar to qualify
• 3.25 cumulative GPA to maintain

Transfer Student Scholarship

• $2,500 per year available with a transfer GPA between 2.0 and 2.49
• $5,200 per year available with a tranfer GPA between 2.5 and 3.49
• $8,500 per year available with a tranfer GPA above 3.5
• 2.0 cumulative GPA required to maintain

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship for Transfers

• $2,000 per year for 2 years
• Earned Associates Degree required
• Membership in Phi Theta Kappa required
• 3.0 cumulative GPA required to maintain
• Only 5 scholarships on campus at any given time
