Mr. Dan Dipert established the Dan Dipert Two Bit Loan Fund in October 2001. The fund is available to all students of Ouachita Baptist University while they are enrolled as students subject to the following eligibility guidelines:

• Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA at OBU
• Must have completed and earned a minimum of twelve (12) semester hours at OBU
• Must not have any outstanding holds

The students may have up to $100 borrowed at any one time depending on the availability of funds. The loan must be repaid within thirty (30) days. A $0.25 fee will be charged with each borrowing transaction.
