Students with credits on their student accounts may request a refund check at any time during the semester. Refund checks are issued in the student’s name and will begin being released the week classes start. Students may complete a “Check Request Form” in Student Financial Services, Cone Bottoms Suite 130 or submit a request from their OBU email account to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund checks are printed on Tuesday and Friday each week; any checks requested by 3 p.m. the day before will be available for pick up in the Student Financial Services office after 10 a.m. I.D. cards will be required for check pickup.
