| A. | To release a transcript, we must have a signed request. You can fax us a request with a signature to 870-245-5194 or you can mail one to : Registrar's Office, Ouachita Baptist University, Box 3757, Arkadelphia, AR 71998-0001. We will process your request as soon as it is received. |
