Ian R. Cosh Director and Asst. to the President for Community Development M.B.A., Louisiana Tech University B.A., Ouachita Baptist University Engineering Diploma, Post Office Engineering College, Zimbabwe Ian brings thirty years of experience in the corporate and higher-education administration community to this position. He is widely traveled and has worked on humanitarian service projects in various countries.  His primary duties focus on program and resource development for the Center. Jan Bass Coordinator of Public School Initiatives  B.A.,  Southwest Baptist University Jan has 16 years experience as an early childhood educator. She has coordinated the Elrod Center's America Reads tutoring program since 1998 and the America Counts tutoring program since 1999. She also serves as a liaison from the Elrod Center for other projects connected with the Arkadelphia Public Schools. Jan can be contacted through e-mail at bassj@obu.edu

Judy Duvall Assistant Director ElderServe Coordinator                           B.A., Ouachita Baptist University Judy coordinates volunteer opportunities in the community for students, faculty and staff. As the ElderServe coordinator, she connects Ouachita students with area senior adults in order to build relationships and meet needs. Judy graduated from Ouachita with a degree in Sociology.
