Dr. Knight graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1984 and went on to receive a Master of Science degree in 1986 and a doctoral degree in 1989.   He returned to Ouachita to teach in 1989 and has just completed his tenth year.   Dr. Knight has had work experience in the following areas: aquatic toxicology testing of Trinity River in DFW area; water quality work on lakes DeGray, Ouachita and Greeson; water quality and toxicology work on Ouachita River; water quality and toxicology work on Lake Chicot; and coot banding and observational study on DeGray Lake.  Dr. Knight has spoken at Lions Clubs and Rotary Clubs for mercury and coot projects.  He has seminar experience on basic toxicology methods.  He also has seminar experience on "preparing for college," including topics such as study skills, time management, etc.

Dr. Knight is available for both workshop presentations and after-dinner speaking.
