Summer Programs

Meals, Manner, and More: A Feast of Learning for Girls:

Hands-on summer enrichment program for girls from grades 1-3.  The camp will be held on June 11-15th from 9:00-11:30am at the Elrod Center.  Young girls get the opportunity to learn proper etiquette and manners.  Cost for the camp is $75.00. Creepy Crawlies and Carniums: Beckoning Boys and Bugs:

Hands-on learning experience that uses bugs to help build writing skills for grades 1-3.  The camp will be held June 25-29th from 9:00-11:30am at the Elrod Center.   Cost for the camp is $75.00 (scholarships available)  Contact Margo Turner at turnerm@obu.edu. 

Taking the Stage! Kids Theatre Camp:

During this camp, K-8th graders will be able to learn the basics of theatre through exercises and lessons from Mary Handiboe.  The camp is offered to the children of Arkadelphia, Donaldson, Sparkman, and Gurdon.  The cost for this camp is $65.00 (sibling and "second week camper" discounts availabe)  You must register before July 2nd. July 23-27

• 9:00-12 noon for children going into 1st-3rd grades
• 1:00-4:00pm for children going into 4th-9th grades

July 30-August 3

• 9:00-12 noon for children going into 1st-3rd grades
• 1:00-4:00pm for children going into 4th-9th grades
