Mission Statement
We believe that servant-leadership is the best style of leadership. The class seeks to motivate students to cultivate the heart of a servant, and educates students regarding the skills necessary for effective leadership. Our motto is: “Willing to serve and able to lead.”
Word from the Director
“Our desire is to launch our students on a course of leadership development that will last a lifetime. In addition, we hope to challenge our students to serve and lead in a thoughtful, imaginative and passionate manner.
We are confident that the servant-leadership model offers the possibility for the student, who is a Christian, to integrate their theological understanding of leadership with the best theoretical understanding of leadership. Students with clear minds and warm hearts will be willing to serve and able to lead.”
