The Elrod Center at Ouachita Baptist University and Arkadelphia Public Schools are in partnership in the America Counts Challenge, which will place mathematics tutor/mentors in third grade classrooms during the 2013-2014 school year. If you currently qualify for federal work study or would like to volunteer for a position as a math tutor in the public schools, complete this application prior to March 28, 2013. Mandatory tutor training will be included in the project. Selection of tutors will be completed by the end of the 2013 spring semester.
