Teacher Education Handbook

The  2012-2013 Teacher Education Handbook revised 2-4-2013 was created to provide information regarding the requirements, policies, and procedures that govern teacher education.

Please keep this Handbook as a reference throughout your involvement in the Teacher Education Program at Ouachita Baptist University. The Teacher Education Unit includes all programs for teacher licensure in Early Childhood, Middle School, and Secondary Education (7-12) English, Spanish, Math, Life Science-Biology, Physical Science-Chemistry, Social Studies, Speech Communication Arts-Theatre, Kinesiology – Physical Education, Art (P-12), and Music Education (Choral/Vocal P-12 or Instrumental 7-12).
