Program Goals

The program will prepare graduates who have
met the foundation knowledge and skill requirements to be
competent food and nutrition professionals.

The program will provide students with
opportunities to develop communication, collaboration, problem
solving, and critical thinking skills.

The program will provide students with a high
quality Christian liberal arts education that enables
graduates to demonstrate a commitment to Christian service and
professional service.

The program will recognize and work with
students who select career paths that do not include becoming
a Registered Dietitian.
