I'm a human first (whatever that is - a rational animal at least, but maybe Aristotle's alternative definition of humans as featherless bipeds is more apt for some of us). For that reason, here's some stuff about me qua human: I grew up in Minnesota, as did my wife. The implicature there is that I'm married - I have been since 1995. We have two kids, Abby (born in 2002) and Ben (born in 2004). We also have a dog named Baili, a snake named Grendel (a.k.a. Rover), and two fish: Goldy and Baseball Guy (named by our kids).
