Ministry Dr. and Mrs. Pate have served in some ten pastorates over the last thirty years, in interim, full-time, or bi-vocational capacities. Today, they serve at Caddo Valley Baptist Church, along with Marvin’s full-time teaching here in the Pruet School of Christian Studies. Dr. Pate loves having “one foot” in the classroom and the “other” in the church, while “juggling” his writing schedule. |
