Mission Studies Trips
Every other summer (summers of odd years) the PSCS Department of Christian Missions conducts a mission study tour to some part of the world. Students attend preparation sessions the semester before departure and receive six hours of course credit. Cost for these trips usually range between $3500 to $4000.
Chile 2009 !!!
We're Back!!!
During the weeks of June 8-29, 2009 approximately twenty students travelled with four faculty sponsors to Santiago, Chile, for the 2009 Missions Study Trip. Under the direction of IMB missionary and OBU Alumnus, Cliff Case, students connected with with the Chilean people through sports, adventure camping, English conversation, drama, music, and personal testimonies. Faculty sponsors included Terry and Kathy Carter, Scott Jackson, and Ray Franklin.
It was an awesome trip. We can't wait to tell you about it.
