Dr. Nykolaishen has experience in many areas of ministry, including preaching, Bible teaching, discipleship training, leading small groups, training small group leaders, pastoral counseling, drama and public debate in defense of Christianity. For four years he was the pastor of a church in western Canada. He speaks regularly at Fellowship Church in Arkadelphia and from time to time at other area churches.
Academic Scholarship Activity
Doug maintains membership in the Evangelical Theological Society (ETS) and the Society of Biblical Literature (SBL), and has presented papers at the National and International Meetings of SBL, the Southwest Regional Meeting of SBL, the National Meeting of ETS and the Scottish Universities Postgraduate Students Conference.
