WOW Leaders are outstanding student leaders from across the campus who are committed to sharing their love for Ouachita with the university’s newest students. Over 100 upperclassmen serve as small group leaders, move-in workers, and, most importantly, new friends.

The student Steering Committee helps provide direction for the WOW leaders and works diligently year-round to plan the events and activities for new student orientation.
