IJM Ouachita and Second Baptist Church Arkadelphia are hosting a free screening of the new documentary “In Plain Sight” at 7:30 pm tonight in Walker Conference Center. The film, produced and narrated by Natalie Grant, seeks to raise awareness of the thousands of women and children who are forced, coerced or deceived into the commercial sex trade each year in the United States, including Little Rock.
In addition to the screening, Little Rock’s P.A.T.H. (Partners Against Trafficking Humans), featured in the film, will be in attendance and a rescued trafficking victim will share her story with us live after the film. Opportunities to get involved will be presented by P.A.T.H. and Into the Light – a home for rescued women in Mountain Home.
