                               Bought 45 shares of Pfizer at $24.32 per share.

                               The following transaction was completed on December 20, 2005:

                               Bought 54 shares of Intel at $25.95 per share.

On April 5, 2006 27 shares of Murphy Oil were purchased at $51.31.  This transaction had been voted by the class in December but Mr. Ary had failed to execute it.  Thankfully the error actually benefited the fund as the stock was trading for a lower price than what the fund would have paid if the stock had been bought in December.
