Apply for admission to the SEA PHAGES program

Submit the application materials listed below:

1. Application form with essay.
   1. Essay in which you describe the following.
      • Pick a favorite animal.  What you would investigate about that animal if you had unlimited resources?
      • Why did you choose that characteristic to explore?
      • How would you conduct your study?
   2. You can upload the at the bottom of the application form. Your essay must not exceed 1000 words and must have 1.5 line spacing.
2. Recommendation forms from two teachers or one teacher and one coach.  At least one recommendation must be from a science or math teacher.
