Delta Nu Chapter

Beta Beta Beta is a society for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological studies and extending the boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.  Tri-Beta was founded in 1922 at Oklahoma City University by Dr. Frank G Brooks and a group of his students.  Since its founding, more than 130,000 persons have been accepted into lifetime membership, more than 370 chapters have been established throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

The Delta Nu chapter at OBU currently has 30 members and is growing and becoming more active in many different areas.  The chapter has sponsored recycling efforts, roadside litter pick-ups, and sponsors several science speakers each year.

Dr. Jim Taylor is the faculty advisor for the Delta Nu chapter.
