Playing her first season with the Lady Tigers, Jamie transferred from Louisiana Tech in January 1999. Jamie practiced but had to sit out the Spring semester. 1997-98: Played in all 35 games for the Lady Techsters. Got her first collegiate start in the first game of the season against Tennessee...Averaged 18 minutes per game for the NCAA Division I National Runner-ups...Finished sixth on the team in scoring and seventh in rebounding...Had the best free throw percentage on the squad...Reached double-digits in points seven times, including a career high of 14 against Northeast Louisiana. 1996-97: Played in 34 of 35 games as a freshman... Averaged 20 minutes per game...Reached double figures in scoring 11 times...Grabbed a career-high nine rebounds against Eastern Kentucky...Averaged 6.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game...Led the team in free-throw percentage...Second on the team in three-point percentage.

High School: At Van-Cove, averaged 24.2 points, 9 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assist per game as a senior for Coach Gary Simmons...Helped the Hornets to the 1996 State Championship...Was three time all-district, all-region and all-state...Was Arkansas Gatorade Player of the Year...Named the 1995-96 Democrat-Gazette Ms. Basketball.
