Your Ouachita experience begins today!
At ER, you will learn more about Ouachita’s academic program, meet with an academic advisor, and register for fall classes. You’ll also attend a session on student life at Ouachita and get to know some of your classmates in a relaxed campus atmosphere. It’s a great way to get a head start on your freshman year!
Early Registration (ER) is open to all accepted students who have paid their deposit.
Parents are also invited to attend ER, where they will have opportunities to meet OBU staff and administrators as well as other parents of incoming students.
Students who sign up for ER will receive a mailing in mid-March with more detailed information about preparing for ER.
We’re excited that you have chosen Ouachita and glad that you’re already making plans to get involved through ER.

| 9:00 – 9:20am | Welcome session |
| 9:20 – 9:50am | Students meet with Deans Reception for Parents |
| 10:00 – 12:00pm | Students meet with faculty advisors and attend a student life meeting Parents attend a Q&A Session Bookstore open for early orders |
| 12:00 – 1:00pm | Complimentary lunch will be provided in the Commons for ER students and parents |
